Niko is around 5 years old and 60 pounds. He is dog friendly and love getting his people time. He was originally rescued from the Santa Cruz shelter in 2024, but was found as a stray in Sierra Vista in spring of 2026. The owner and the previous rescue were both contacted and neither would come take him back. Arrows Landing Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

All animals in our care receive full veterinary treatment prior to adoption, including vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and medical clearance. Dogs also receive crate training, potty training support, and basic obedience foundations while in their foster homes. Animals who are too young or medically unable to be altered are placed in a foster-to-adopt arrangement. Their adoption is finalized once they are healthy and old enough for spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fees are based solely on the animal’s age and never on breed.
