Hi, I’m Nikko! I’m a 3 month old chihuahua mixed puppy, and I have been fixed, dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and have received heartworm & flea/tick preventative. My foster parents don’t really know what I’m mixed with as I was bounced around a bit before I landed with them, but judging by my floppy ears they are thinking I am mixed with either beagle or daschund. I am a very petite little guy and weigh just under 4lbs. I look bigger in pictures, and most people are surprised by how small I really am when they see me in person! I should stay pretty small my whole life.<br/>I have an incredible personality and love everyone I meet. I am such a happy boy, you will almost always find me wagging my tail with the biggest puppy smile on my face. I have a blast playing with toys, and will carry them around in my mouth like they’re my prized possessions. I love when you toss balls to me, human attention gets me so excited- I am such a people pleaser! I also really love other animals… I currently live with cats and boy are they fun to play with! I run around with them in tunnels and chase around interractive toys with them. I even cuddle up and nap with them too. Since I love having friends around, my foster parents require that I go to a home with another small, friendly pup for companionship. They want to make sure I always have a friend.<br/>I am crate trained and will sleep through the night quietly without a fuss. I actually graduated to an x-pen recently, and I know to go potty on my pee pee pads in there. I am such a smart boy and caught on to that so quickly- my foster parents were impressed! If you adopt me, they said my x-pen and my potty station (pee pad holder) can go with me for familiarity. I do sometimes still have accidents if I’m running around the house and haven’t pottied in a while, but if you take me outside or keep my potty station close by, I always use it! I really am such a lover and I’m just so excited to find my furever family… I can’t wait to cover them in puppy kisses!
