This is when she was pulled from an independent rescuer until she could make her way down here to us. <br/><br/>Nikki is an extremely sweet, loving, curious and a happy girl with gorgeous brown eyes. She enjoys belly rubs and ear massages. She is great with other dogs and has lived with them during her time in Texas. Although she currently lives with a cat, Nikki would be best suited without a kitty in the household as she does like to chase. She will need slow introductions to men as she can be nervous around them at times. <br/><br/>She is a quiet girl who is both house and crated trained and knows her basics commands such as sit, stay and come. She has learned to wait while coming out of her crate, eating and to go outside. She will even give you paw if you ask her to while putting on her harness. I am also great in the car and would be a perfect companion for road trips! <br/><br/>Nikki will need to continue her leash training skills as she still likes to pull during her walks to greet both her two legged and four legged friends. <br/><br/>Foster location: Toronto<br/><br/>Nikki’s perfect home would be one with a fenced in backyard and perhaps a home with a dog pal that she could play with or where she will get a lot of dog interactions.
