Hello, friends! My name is Nikita Celeste, and I'm here to tell you my story. At 8 years young, I've seen a fair share of ups and downs, but nothing can dim my spirit! I came to this shelter when I was at my lowest-underweight and barely a tuft of fur to call my own. But thanks to the loving care of the shelter staff, I'm on the road to recovery! Sure, I might need a little extra TLC in the form of maintenance medications, but once I'm feeling my best, there's no stopping me.

I'm a Pit Bull mix with a heart of gold, and I've got so much love to give. While I prefer to be the center of attention as the only pet in the home, I'm certain that kids ages 10 and up would make excellent companions for me. I'm spayed, so no worries there, and let me tell you-I'm all about the food! Treats, meals, you name it-I'm there with a wagging tail and a big smile. And there's nothing I love more than soaking up the sunshine outdoors. I've endured, I've persevered, and now, I'm ready to embrace the joy of living to the fullest.
