Nick's Story
Nick is a male shepherd mix that is about a year old. He was found in October alongside three other young dogs, all of them abandoned and severely malnourished. Shelter staff and volunteers are working patiently to help these beautiful pups feel safe, socialized, and cared for.

Nick is curious, intelligent, and full of potential—he just needs a calm, loving home where he can continue to heal and learn what it means to be part of a family. Nick wears a collar and harness nicely and is picking up very quickly learning how to walk on a leash. Nick has been in a foster who reported that he likes sitting on the couch with you, likes belly and head rubs once he gets used to you, and would really like to be a lap dog. Nick is very playful and loves a good zoomie! He has a soft mouth and takes treats nicely.

Approved applications will be contacted to make an appointment for a 'meet and greet'. If the pup selects you, a second trip to the shelter will be required to pick them up and complete the adoption process.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, had a wellness exam from our veterinarian, have been treated for fleas/worms and are up to date on vaccinations.

Please call the adoption team at 360-660-4661 or email doghousenbpaws@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Please LIKE us on Facebook at NORTH BEACH PAWS or visit our website at northbeachpaws.org.
