Nick - ADOPTED's Story
Our adoption process begins with applications first so email for the application. Our adoption fee is $300 per dog. All medical records will be supplied at time of adoption. All dogs are altered, groomed, current on vaccinations, and have heartworm and fecal checks.
Update 5/12/07: It seems Nick's long wait for a forever family is finally over. He found his new home today. We know that his new family will love him just as much as we all do.

Nick is a beautiful golden red 4 year old male cocker spaniel. He was found as a stray and sadly no one came searching for him at the shelter. Because Nick was a little timid he came to the rescue to find his new family, but now he has really come out of his shell.

He is very dog social and loves humans. When he is out in public he is not timid at all. His passion is jumping up on your leg begging for love and attention. NIck loves playing with tennis balls or simply rolling on the floor or ground outside playing with his foster furry companions. He is a happy, loving boy who would make someone a wonderful companion. Nick rides well in the car and he seems to like putting his face against yours. He passes all the temperament tests - no problems with hugs and kisses, holding him or touching his feet. He does well in the house, is neutered, and heartworm negative. He has good ears which is wonderful for a cocker spaniel. All he asks is for someone to give him as much love as he wants to give to a permanent family. Please no children under 8 years old as the shelter agrees he would do best with no small kids. Can Nick find his forever home with your family?

We are pleased that God has allowed us to help Nick and so many more like him. Without rescues many of these dogs would die in shelters. Help us to save as many cockers as possible by adopting a cocker like Nick who is all ready for a permanent home.

You can now sponsor the care of any of our available dogs quickly and easily by making a donation through PayPal with or without a PayPal account.
