Nick's Story

Meet Nick, an adorable 8-week-old mystery mutt who is as full of personality as he is cuteness! Found in a box with his sister Noel at just two weeks old, Nick has already shown the world how resilient and loving he can be.

We estimate that he’ll be 5-10 pounds when fully grown, making him the perfect pint-sized companion. Nick is a feisty little adventurer who loves to sneak up on his sister, bark in triumph, and leap into playful wrestling matches. He’s endlessly entertaining as he zooms around the living room, chasing Noel and playing tug-of-war with his favorite toys. But don’t let his energy fool you—when playtime winds down, Nick transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug, happy to curl up in your lap for some well-deserved snuggles.

Nick is making great progress with potty pad training and sleeps peacefully in a playpen, proving he’s as clever as he is cute. His ears have a personality of their own, sometimes standing up, sometimes flopping down—it’s always a surprise!

Nick would thrive in a home with another dog to keep him company, and while he’d love to stay with his sister, he’s ready to steal hearts all on his own. If you’re looking for a lively, loving companion who will fill your days with laughter and affection, Nick is your guy!

Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for NICK is $500.

If you are interested in adopting NICK, please complete our online adoption application at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process/ . One of our volunteers will get back to you. Adoptions are local, and confined to the SF Bay Area.

See our other available dogs at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/available-dogs/
