Neva is a young Chihuahua with a big heart and a sweet, silly personality. Still very puppy-like, she brings lots of smiles with her playful energy and affectionate nature. Neva is crate trained and currently working on potty training—she will use pee pads but may still have the occasional accident as she continues learning. She's also learning her leash manners and improving each day.<br/><br/>Neva adores snuggles, rope toys, and being around people. She forms strong bonds and prefers not to be separated from her humans from room to room, finding comfort in staying close to those she loves.<br/><br/>Neva came to us as a stray from Waukegan Animal Control, and despite her rough start, she is incredibly sweet and loving.
