Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.
Neoma is Looking For: Her forever home! Neoma is a sato from Puerto Rico - she's spent much of her short life so far in care, though. She's a sweetie who wants what all puppies want - snuggles and play time and more cuddles and more play time. And once she's old enough - to explore the world with her humans! Making pup pals along the way and going to puppy school to show how super smart she is would be great too.

Most of all, though, she wants to always be safe and loved, to know where she belongs. What do you say? Is that by your side?
What My Foster Says About Me: Neoma is a joyful, people-loving pup with a big heart and even bigger enthusiasm for the world around her. She’s happiest when she’s out and about—visiting different parks 4–5 times a week where she gets both her physical and mental energy out. She has excellent dog manners and is friendly with every dog and human she meets, approaching everyone with kindness and confidence. At home, she enjoys safe, playful romps with her foster sister Minnie the Westie and clearly loves having a canine buddy around. While she does have classic puppy “leapy” energy, she also settles well, takes long naps, and is learning to cue off her people when it’s time to dial things down.
Personality-wise, Neoma is sweet, playful, and food-motivated. She loves plush toys, especially squeaky ones (even if she can’t hear them, she’s clearly into the chew factor), and she’s highly motivated by food and treats. Meals are a highlight of her day—she happily eats three times daily and enjoys enrichment like lick mats, slow feeders, Kongs with peanut butter, pupsicles, and small bits of cheese during training. Neoma is a special, loving pup who would thrive with an active family ready to keep her engaged, supported, and adored.
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.
