Neo's Story

Neo came to us emaciated with overgrown nails & open sores. We weren't sure he would survive. But this strong little guy has been growing stronger each day & is finally ready to find a home to love him the way he should be. Neo has very high energy & will do best in a home with older children. Dogs will be microchipped.
