Nenita's Story

Meet Nenita! This sweet pup was found abandoned in La Paz, Mexico about a year ago. She was found with her friend's Tito and Shelly, and all 3 were picked up and brought in. Nenita is a super sweet gal, and we estimate she was born in 2017/2018, making her around 8. This sweet 10lbs sweet gal is in search of her forever family and is hoping to be with her new family by the holidays!

Nenita is a kind and gentle pup, who gets along with all the humans she meets, even children. Her sweet loving tongue out smile will melt you, and her sweet eyes and nudges for pets will leave you cuddling her all day! Though Nenita is around 8 years old she LOVES to other dogs still, and is very good with younger dogs too. She gets along nicely with cats she is living with, and is very friendly to all the new volunteer friends that come to give her love. Nenita is currently living in a foster home near our La Paz shelter, but has plans to travel to the PNW November 7th! Our paws cannot wait to see her thriving and enjoying pupcups - and if you are interested in giving this sweet gal her perfect forever life we want to hear from you!

All of Saving Baja Paws dogs come with a fantastic flexible foster-to-adopt option. This is a unique opportunity that allows your family to make sure it a perfect match with your new pup.

Nenita is currently located in La Paz, Mexico at our shelter and is hanging out in the sun and with their doggie friends all day long. Shelly is venturing to the PNW on November 4th or 7th and will go into a foster home if a family has not started the process of adoption.

Nenita's adoption fee for Oregon, Washington, or California is $300USD. This helps us cover most of her vet and care costs incurred in Mexico, and the transport fee to bring our pups over 1,500 miles to the PNW. All our dogs come spay or neutered, with all theirs shots for the year, and have had multiple blood tests done prior to entering the USA from Mexico.

All our pups come fully up to date on shots, are tested for heartworm and other diseases, microchipped, fecal tested, current on flea medications, and also come spayed / neutered.

Please Apply >> savingbajapaws.org/application
