Nemo is a 5-year-old, 130-pound fawn Bullmastiff with a heart every bit as big as his frame. This handsome, gentle giant loves people and charms everyone he meets with his goofy, affectionate personality. He’s great with other dogs when introduced properly—his play style is loose, wiggly, and full of play bows! Poor Nemo has spent the last two years in a shelter on court hold after an unfortunate incident, but he’s ready to leave that behind and finally have the loving home he deserves. BDHP just wants to see him safe and happy in a home where he can stretch out, relax, and soak up all the love he’s missed. We are often told that they got “too big” or “too expensive” and many of the dogs below come to us with very little training. Despite their past, rescue dogs are incredibly forgiving and very eager to please. They have so much to give and are all very special.
