Meet Neigh! <br/>Female 2 years, 2 months Chihuahua<br/>If you're looking for a tiny best friend with a BIG personality, Neigh is your girl! <br/>Neigh is an incredibly loving, social little Chihuahua who absolutely lives for attention. She loves being held, cuddled, getting tummy rubs, and soaking up every scratch you're willing to give. And if you happen to stop paying attention before she's ready? Well... you WILL hear about it! Neigh has a loud little whine that she uses to make sure her people know she is ready for more love.<br/>She's also surprisingly athletic! Neigh loves jumping on things and somehow manages to be successful at it more often than you'd expect from such a tiny package. Honestly, we're pretty sure she has a secret dream of joining the circus. <br/>Neigh loves toys, playing, and being around people. She's sweet, affectionate, and wonderfully social. She also has a tendency to pee when she gets overly excited, so her family will need to be understanding and patient as she works through those big feelings.<br/>Behind all that silliness is a little dog who has experienced things no dog should have to endure. Neigh joined our rescue after being saved from a troubling situation where she witnessed some of her canine companions disappear under heartbreaking circumstances. <br/>Despite what she has experienced, Neigh still believes in people. She still wants to love, she still wants to play, and she still wants nothing more than to curl up in your arms and be your little shadow. <br/> And Neigh has been putting in the work! She recently completed 10 weeks of training through the Puppies for Parole program and is ready to take everything she learned into her forever home.<br/>She may be tiny, but Neigh has a huge heart, a hilarious personality, and so much love to give.<br/>If you're looking for a sweet, cuddly, social little Chihuahua who will keep you laughing and make sure you never forget she's there, Neigh is ready to meet you!
