Nectar Keepsake A181915<br/>36 lb. neutered male, approx 7 months old <br/><br/>-Timid baby who needs time and patience<br/>-Once he's comfortable he enjoys being close for pets and snuggles<br/>-He's affectionate and gives kisses<br/>-Once he relaxed more, he flipped over for belly rubs and melted into a puddle of mush--then gave more kisses!<br/>-Curious of toys and would briefly chase them but doesn't seem like he knows what to do with them<br/>-He likes treats and takes them nicely. Still needs work with "sit".<br/>-Very nervous on leash and will need encouragement and practice. Sometimes he needs to be carried still.<br/>-Will need some puppy training. Please keep that in mind if you want a puppy. They require time and patience to be the best that they can be! <br/>-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros <br/><br/>Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids <br/><br/>*Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt <br/><br/>*Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. <br/><br/>*Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. <br/><br/>*There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. <br/><br/>*To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. <br/><br/>**And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home.
