Neal

Neal is the sweetest little boy! He enjoys toys and treats! Like all puppies he will need continued training and routine! Welcome this adorable boy into your life and he will fill it with so much love! He gets along great with his kennel mate Captain but can take a little to warm up to other dogs- so a proper introduction is needed! He enjoys walks and needs some work learning how to walk on leash properly because he just zooms all over! He is a smart boy and is learning how to sit! Our hearts ache for him knowing he is growing up here, he deserves a family! <br/><br/>When taken on a field trip we were told: <br/><br/>We love Neal's curiosity & sweet personality! He was very gentle taking treats, great at focusing/ eye contact right away and loved chasing a ball - his little pounces were so adorable! You can tell he's a major cuddle bug - he was leaning into me for cuddles & reassurance almost immediately, but skittish around my husband and sudden movement, so we practiced walking behind a few paces, would catch up to my husband and he'd slowly drop a couple treats while Neal investigated - puppy curiosity won out pretty quickly trying that! <br/><br/>Definitely interested in other dogs nearby, but watched, walked by & redirected really easily! He went potty outside and had no accidents, settled down quickly with a stuffy in our backyard after enjoying all the new scents and completely zonked out napping the rest of the afternoon !
