Meet Nazgul! This cute boy is ~4-5 years old, and will be neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations when he goes home. <br/><br/>Nazgul came to HSoP as a stray, and was malnourished when he arrived. He has been gaining weight like a champ, and will likely need to continue to gain weight after adoption. Nazgul is a sweet guy who will benefit from a family who offers some basic obedience training, an outlet for his energy (both mental and physical), and of course lots of love and affection! It's hard to tell in a shelter environment if a dog is housetrained, but is likely that he will need some housetraining. <br/><br/>As he arrived to HSoP as a stray, we are unsure of how Nazgul does around other dogs, cats, or other animals. If you have another dog in the home, we do require a dog intro to be done here at the shelter. We also offer a seven-day foster period to ensure a good fit for everyone in the home. <br/><br/>If you are interested in Nazgul, please feel free to stop by! We are open from 2pm-6pm Monday-Saturday. Dog kennels close at 5pm and adoptions end at 5:30pm.
