Navy II's Story

Location- near peshtigo WI
Adoption fee- $400

Navy here, but I'm known as Bean in my foster home. My favorite things are food, toys, and my foster mom. I am what she calls a Velcro dog? All I know is she often trips over me because I stay so close.

I live with dogs and cats right now. I like to play with all my brothers and sisters - so cats need to be able to put up with me. I am still learning how my legs and feet work and can often trip or navigate the stairs wrong. It took me a long time to be brave enough to go down the stairs, but now I'm always in a hurry and don't pay attention like I should. I am working on not playing so rough as I like to use my mouth, and don't always know when I am biting too hard with my baby shark teeth.

A few important things about me

I am shy and need someone who can go at my speed and help me positively work through it. This includes people and other dogs.

I appeared to be the puppy that was picked on in the litter, so I need slower, only positive introductions to dogs as I get bigger.

I need room to run around because I love to! I like to carry a ball in my mouth and run around with my brothers and sisters here.

As some of you know some of my litter ended up in the ER with Parvo, so I haven't experienced much outside of the house and yard to make sure I didn't get sick, or get anyone else sick.

I am going to be a big boy, and I am a mix of working breeds, So foster mom would like anyone interested to please be sure they have the yard for me, enjoy doing training and activities, and research my breeds before jumping into wanting to adopt me.

must have a confident dog in his new home

Bean
