River might just lead you straight to your new best friend. <br/><br/>River is a handsome boy who's still settling into rescue life, but we're already seeing more of his personality shine with each passing day. He's adjusting well to his new routine and keeps his kennel nice and clean, which is always a great sign. <br/><br/>One of the best things about River is his balance. He's a medium-energy guy who's happy to get outside for some playtime and adventure, but he's just as content slowing things down and relaxing beside his people. For River, it's less about what you're doing and more about getting to do it with you. <br/><br/>River is also very food motivated, which can be a huge advantage when it comes to training. He's currently working on his leash skills and making steady progress with positive reinforcement, treats, patience, and consistency. <br/><br/>He's still new, so we're continuing to learn more about him as he decompresses and becomes comfortable.
