Napoleon IV 26-039's Story
Meet Napoleon!
Napoleon is a handsome 2-year-old Pit Bull mix weighing in at about 60 pounds. His journey hasn't been an easy one, but thanks to the kindness of several caring people, he's ready to find the forever home he deserves.
Before coming into rescue, Napoleon was surviving around a local park where a few kindhearted people fed him when they could. Even with their help, life on his own had taken a toll. A local dog advocate known for helping animals in need couldn't leave him behind. She brought him to safety, secured sponsorship for his medical care, and gave him the chance to heal and thrive. When she needed a helping hand, Napoleon even spent time at doggy daycare, where he quickly became a favorite and showed just how much he enjoys being around other dogs.
Now CARE is stepping in to help Napoleon find the one thing that's still missing-a family of his own.
Napoleon can be a little reserved when meeting new people, but once he warms up, his affectionate personality shines through. He loves attention and enjoys spending time with his people. He's especially happy around other dogs and makes friends quickly, so a canine companion could be a great fit for him.
A cat test can be arranged if needed.
After everything he's been through, Napoleon is more than ready to trade uncertainty for a cozy bed, loving family, and a place to call home. If you're looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time to show you how wonderful he is, Napoleon may be your perfect match.

Napoleon is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $300.

CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.

If you are interested in meeting Napoleon or learning more about our adoption process, please submit an adoption application. Thank you!

Sponsor: Heather Martin-Herron
