Nala's Story
Nala is a 2.5 year old, 44 lb female, Terrier mix.

Nala is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to her new home.

Hi. My name is Nala. I'm a petite pup... I'm short and stout, like a little teapot, haha! I came into the rescue when I was a new mom, struggling to survive and feed my 12 babies all on my own. That's right, 12! (PSA from me: spay/neuter your pets! I've been a single mom multiple times already - it's not fun!). The puppies are adopted and I'm ready for a home of my own. I can be a bit standoffish at first, but once I get to know you, I'm a sweet and affectionate girl. I will say I'm not a fan of crates, but I am well behaved out of them. I get along with other dogs but I don't like to eat next to them (too many memories of being hungry on the streets I guess). I do enjoy walks; they're fun and it's helped me regain my girlish figure after all those pups, haha. What would make me really happy is having a home of my very own again. I wouldn't mind being the only dog, getting all the loving... but I'm happy to share with a friendly dog or cat. So long as I'm with you! (Note: Nala was diagnosed with Anaplasmosis - she was asymptomatic but will likely always test positive for it).

Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada.

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $150 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies), spay/neuter, microchip and transportation.

If interested in learning more, please email us at faithandhopeadoptions@gmail.com or fill out our online application.

https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp

If you are interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.

Due to the number of requests that we receive on our adoptable pets, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received.
