Nacho

Nacho is doing great in his foster home.<br/>He is crate trained, eating in a crate and being in for some of the day as well.<br/>He is a very busy boy. Despite being 5 years old, mentally he is much more like an 8 month old puppy. He is very fixated on tearing and chewing like a puppy, but has gotten better. He has not chewed furthiture or walls, but will grab items.<br/>In his foster home they have to watch him. They close doors to bedrooms as well as ensure nothing is on the cupboard his long reach can get. He has had no issues with these treasures being taken from him, but is being worked on when it come to special rawhide treasures as he doesn't want to share those. <br/>He is good with the 2 household spayed female dogs in his foster home, as well as 5 cats. He likes kids, but if they get excitable, he gets quite anxious. <br/>He does NOT like the one neighbors dogs who also bark back at him. He has met a few dogs at local pet stores, and if they don't bark or growl at him, he is fine. If they do, he does back. <br/>Nacho has a deep, low growl when he is in protection mode, verbal correction is enough for him to stop if wanted. He would be great as a protector companion as well. <br/>An apartment would not be suitable due to his loud bark (he *is* a Kees of course!)<br/>He is microchipped, had core vaccines, lyme/HW negative, fecal negative, and been neutered while in foster care. He is also current on his flea and tick prevention. <br/>If you bend over for anything, expect Keesie Kisses from this boy.
