Mya is a 5 year old, 90 lb red Labrador Retriever. She is a stocky English Lab girl and also the absolute sweetest. She was rescued from a puppy mill, so she is starting to be in better physical shape with more exercise and quality food. Mya loves people and kids. She gets along with other dogs and would benefit from a canine pal in her forever home. She seems to be cat tolerant as well. She’s also a cuddle bug, and loves going on walks. Mya is mastering potty training, but does really well with a routine and frequent trips outside. She will use a doggie door if available. She is eager to take treats, and doesn’t have the softest mouth when doing so. This is something she will need continued work on, and the only reason we would be hesitant to place her with young children.
