Shelter hours are 9-3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 to noon on Saturday. We can arrange to meet you at the shelter after hours if needed. It is always best to make an appointment by calling 606-663-4998, option 1. Our small staff can't always get to the phone so PLEASE leave a message and it will be answered quickly. <br/><br/>We require an application. We can send you a copy by email, you can download one at fopcp.org, or we can arrange a time to fill one out over the phone.
