Meet Murphy!<br/><br/>This 7-year-old, 50 lb gentleman just entered foster care with Every Last One Rescue, and we're still getting to know him — but he's already stealing hearts. Murphy is as well mannered as they come and leans right in for pets and cuddles any chance he gets..<br/><br/>Murphy is indeed a true gentleman. He loves to play tug and will politely approach you with a toy and a gentle paw to let you know he'd like to play. Murphy loves to cuddle and is happy to spend time with his humans on the couch relaxing or snoozing away. And speaking of snoozing, this boy loves to sleep in - foster mom has to wake him up for his morning walk! Murphy is crate trained and is easily guided into his crate. While he's only been with us a short time, he doesn't appear to have any separation anxiety. <br/><br/>When meeting new people or greeting us when we get home, Murphy will nicely sit down in front of us to ask for some love. He loves head scratches and belly rubs and will gently paw you to let you know he'd like you to keep going! Murphy walks beautifully on leash, he loves a leisurely stroll, and does his business right away. When walking, he'd love to meet every person and dog we pass, but he is easily redirected back to his walker. We've never heard Murphy bark - even though we have a lot of barking dogs in our building! Even when he passing a reactive or barking dog, he remains his calm, gentle self.<br/><br/>If you want a smart gentle giant who loves affection, Murphy is your guy!
