Murphy is an active, high-energy 4-1/2 year old boy looking for someone who can provide lots of vigorous exercise and mental stimulation. It’s important that he gets plenty of daily walks and play time. He is an excellent trail hiking partner and loves to go on outings.<br/><br/>Murphy can be leery of children, so a slow introduction is recommended. He enjoys playing with other dogs, but he’s a cattle dog with strong herding tendencies and he can be nippy and possessive. We haven’t seen him having any issues with cats.<br/><br/>If you’re interested in Murphy, submit a BAM Adoption Application, and if approved, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting.
