Mulata's Story

Mulata’s journey began on the streets of Mazatlán, Mexico, where she struggled each day just to survive. Life was unkind to her, but her story changed when a compassionate rescue stepped in, saving her and giving her a second chance. They then reached out to Lost Paws with one simple hope: to help Mulata find the loving, forever home she so deeply deserves.
Mulata is a gentle, sweet soul with a calm and loving nature. She adores being close to her people and is happiest, sitting quietly by your side. Her soulful eyes speak volumes—you can see the love and devotion waiting in her heart. She gets along well with other dogs and is truly a joy to be around. While she may be a little shy at first, she quickly blossoms as she settles into a new environment. Mulata is searching for a forever family who will love her unconditionally, and in return, she will give her whole heart right back.

Note: This dog is in Texas where shelters are sadly forced to euthanize 80,000 pets annually. We are sharing this dog in states that have higher adoption demand. If you choose to adopt, this dog can be easily transported to you for about $250 transport cost (depending on your location) plus $100 health certificate required by law for transport across state lines. With $250 adoption fee, it will be about $600 total cost. Trust us, this pup is worth it.
