Mulan is a little baby girl in need of a forever home. She and her sister came into the pound in very bad shape. They were dehydrated, anemic and emaciated. There fur was stained from living in filth. We can’t imagine what they went through. <br/>Unfortunately they have been waiting since January 28th here at the pound. Too many dogs grow up here.
