Mugsy - 10 years young and full of heart!<br/><br/>This sweet senior boy gets along great with other dogs, walks nicely on leash, and always comes when called. He's a total cuddler, crate trained, and happy to sleep at your feet or share the bed. <br/><br/>Give him a squeaky toy and a comfy shoe to nap on and he's in heaven. He's spry, food-motivated, and eager to learn - the perfect easy going companion.<br/><br/>Medical note: Old hip injury that does not cause him any pain, lameness, or discomfort. Orthopedic team does not recommend surgical intervention as fixing the issue is not medically required to improve his quality of life and the recovery is significant. In the future, it is more likely that Mugsy will develop arthritis in this hip but would not be anything he wasn't already at risk for due to age. Injury is clearly very old and Mugsy has fully adapted and healed in a way that allows him a great quality of life.
