He came to us from a difficult situation in the Central Valley, but that is firmly behind him now. Despite his rough start, Mugsly is already showing how resilient and adaptable he is as he settles into foster care.<br/><br/>Mugsly currently weighs about 4pounds and is a true infant with no formal training. He is not house trained and not crate trained, which is completely normal for his age. He will require consistent training, structure, supervision, and patience as he grows. We expect Mugsly to be a Chihuahua-terrier type mix and estimate he will be around 12 pounds full grown.<br/><br/>Because of his age, Mugsly will need to continue his puppy vaccination series and will not be able to go on public walks, parks, or outings for a minimum of the next six weeks. We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest.<br/><br/>Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed.<br/><br/>Our Commitment to Our Dogs<br/>Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including:<br/>• Spay/Neuter surgery<br/>• Microchipping<br/>• DHPP vaccination<br/>• Flea treatment and deworming<br/>• Rabies vaccination<br/>• Any additional vet care as needed<br/><br/>The adoption fee for this dog is $550 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs.
