Ms. Zoey's Story

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.

Thank you so much for your interest in Ms. Zoey. She is still available for adoption, and her adoption fee is $300. Ms. Zoey is an 8‐year‐old Beagle weighing about 31 lbs.

She's a gentle, calm-natured girl who has done well around other dogs during her time with us. Ms. Zoey was recently rehomed to a family with cats, but unfortunately the cats were not kind to her, and it became clear she needed a more suitable, stress‐free environment. She can be a little shy at first, but we truly believe that's simply her reacting to the shelter setting -- once she feels safe, her sweet personality comes forward.

She keeps her kennel very clean here, which is always a promising sign, and she absolutely loves to sunbathe in the yard during her potty breaks. It's one of her favorite little joys.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether they are housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery

Microchip

All age-appropriate vaccinations

Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)

Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Please note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.

If you'd like to learn more about Ms. Zoey or schedule a time to meet her, I'd be happy to help. She's a lovely girl who deserves a peaceful home where she can relax, feel loved, and enjoy her golden years. 🐾✨
