He has some behavior issues because of his past and is looking for a special human to give him the security, love and patience he needs. <br/><br/>Mouse bonds hard with a person and once he trusts you, you are the world to him. He has an amazingly loving, funny and playful personality. If you like kisses, Mouse is your dog! In his foster home, he loves to lay at his foster moms feet (or on her desk) while she works. He loves to cuddle on your lap or lay on the back of the couch right next to your head in the evening. <br/><br/>He is very shy at first and very slow to trust new people. He is looking for a patient, quite home to spend his retirement years in. His ideal home would include no other dogs or one other quiet, mellow dog that will allow Mouse his own space. He would need a home with low activity and not many visitors. <br/><br/>If you would like to make Mouse part of your family, please send an inquiry! <br/><br/>We will also love a long term foster situation for him with a senior human who may not have the means to purchase food or pay for vet care for him.
