Morrison's Story

Morrison is a happy, playful boy who loves being close to his people! He's curious, smart, food motivated, and always ready to learn something new. He loves playing over napping, enjoys food and toys equally, and is just as happy soaking up attention as he is exploring the world around him. Being a cuddly little shadow, he will happily follow you around inside and outside the house before crawling right into your lap for some snuggles! Morrison has a wonderful bond with his foster brother and he would benefit from having a canine companion in his forever home. Although he's young, he is already an A+ student when it comes to house and crate training! He sleeps like a pro in his crate and will give you a gentle little cry in the morning when he's ready for his walk and potty break. With his love of treats, bones, and learning, Morrison is sure to keep impressing his future family! Quick stats! --Dogs: Does great with other dogs and would love a canine companion --Cats: Has not lived with cats, so introductions are unknown --Children: No children in his foster home, so interactions are unknown --Likes: Playing, food, toys, treats, bones, cuddles, attention, and being close to his humans and furry friends If Morrison sounds like the right fit for your home, fill out an adoption application today! muttsofthemidway.org/adopt

Mutts of the Midway's Adoption Policy

Thank you for choosing to adopt and your interest in Mutts of the Midway. Once there is an interest in a dog, our adoption application is completed with that dog noted. The application is vetted and two personal references and one veterinarian reference are checked. If approved, a meet and greet is set-up with all family members (including children and other dogs) and the adoptable dog. If the adopter and foster family agree it is a good fit, the adoption contract is completed and the adoption fee ($350 for a dog 6 months and younger, $300 for a dog older than 6 months) is paid. Finally the pick-up of the new family member is arranged! All applications are processed in the order they are received and we strive to find the best home for each of our dogs. All adopted animals will go into their forever home current on vaccines, microchipped, spay/neutered, heartworm preventative and given a health exam.
