I’m about 2 years old, full of personality, and rocking some seriously fabulous ears (I mean, have you seen them?!).

I came to rescue from a reservation a bit too skinny, but don’t worry, I’ve bounced back and now eat like a champ. I’m housetrained, crate trained, and not to brag, but I’m also incredibly charming. I do bark sometimes when I’m having fun or trying to get in on the action, it’s called expressing myself, and it’s totally normal dog behavior.

Let’s be real though , I’m a working dog. Herding is in my DNA, and lounging around all day just isn’t my vibe. I need mental stimulation, regular exercise, and a family who gets my drive. Small kids? Probably not the best match, I need a home that understands herding breeds and all our spicy quirks. Apartment living? Yeah… that’s gonna be a no from me.

I’m not just looking for any home, I’m looking for the right one. Sorry, I don’t accept those. I’m classy like that.)

? Questions? An adopters routine and home environment is likely going to be different than that in their foster home.

Sometimes there is more that comes out about a dog's personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable. There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.
