Morgan's Story
Meet Morgan! He's an amazing 60 pound adventure buddy couch potato! He can walk with you until the end of time or sit back and relax and have a movie day with you. Morgan is extremely smart and knows his basic commands like sit, stay, paw. He's obsessed with food! Whenever you need his attention, all you have to do is pull out the treats and he is right there next to you in his adorable sit position. He's definitely a social butterfly, our Morgan. He loves to cuddle, play tug of war and fetch. When you first welcome him home, he will be really chill but when he becomes comfortable with you, his goofy side will come out and will entertain you all day!

Morgan has a bit of a teenager attitude, so he needs a family that can teach him manners and provide a structured environment. Morgan is house broken and is currently in crate training. Since he's already faced way too much uncertainty in his short life, he has separation anxiety which translates to destructive behavior when left alone. That is why continuing to crate train him is key! A single family home with a fenced in backyard will be an ideal place so he can run around and burn off his puppy energy. Morgan is good with kids over 10 years old and could live with another dog if compatible. Since Morgan is working through some separation anxiety, it would be best for him to be in a home where his humans are home the majority of time and are willing to continue working on his crate training. If you've never crate trained a dog before, no worries! We're here to help :)

If you think you could be the right family for Morgan, apply and tell us all about you!
