Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. Adoption fee includes: micro chipping, spay/neuter, initial vaccinations including rabies if age appropriate, HW testing for adult dogs over 6 months and deworming, HW preventative and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. ARVSS encourages adopters to visit their own vet as soon as possible after the adoption.
