Moose 's Story
Moose is a big hunk of handsome! Despite his large size, he is a lover and cuddler. Moose is laid back and takes most things in stride. At 5 years old, he is the perfect gentleman to have around the house.

Moose knows basic obedience commands. He is crate trained and will go to his crate when told “kennel”. Moose sleeps in his kennel at night and often just hangs out in his crate. He isn’t a high energy dog. Moose is ok on the leash and with some consistency and practice, can be a great walking companion. He rides okay in the car but will whine a bit about it.

Moose was reluctantly surrendered by his owners due to the children’s allergies. He has been with his owner since he was 12 weeks old. Moose has lived with kids, cats, and other dogs since being a puppy and does well with all. Higher energy kids can make him nervous.

Moose doesn’t demand much. His favorite activity in the whole wide world is being near his human. Moose’s owner described him as an old soul who can sometimes be a grumpy old man. He will be happy in a home where he can be close to his humans.

Moose does best on a salmon-based food, as others can trigger allergies. He takes over the counter antihistamines when his allergies flare up. Moose isn’t a fan of loud noises such as fireworks and thunderstorms.

-------------------
Our Adoption Fees:
-------------------

*Dogs and puppies 12 months old or younger: $450

* Adult dogs over 12 months of age: $400

* Senior dogs over 7 years of age qualify for our "Seniors FUREVER" program!
