Moose's Story

My name is Moose. I am 5 years old and weigh 22 lbs. I'm a sweet, goofy guy with a heart as big as my paws--and yes, I know I can be a little awkward sometimes, but that's part of my charm. I walk great on a leash, love a good sniff adventure, and I'm always down for a cuddle or a quiet hangout. I do have glaucoma, so I need someone who can help me manage my eye care with patience and love. Because of my special needs and sensitive nature, I'm looking for an adult-only home with an experienced dog owner who understands that sometimes I need a little extra support. If you're ready for a loyal companion who's equal parts silly and soulful, I just might be your Moose. Adoption Fees: Dogs: Puppies under 1 year - $300-$350 Adult dogs (1 - 7 years) - $250 Seniors (8 years and older) - $200 Bulldogs, Standard Poodles and Dachshunds $350 Cats: Adults (1 year and older) - 1 for $125 / 2 for $200 Kittens (under 1 year) - 1 for $175 / 2 for $225 For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee. The deposit is refundable upon completion of the spay / neuter surgery.
