Moon's Story

Moon is a happy little bundle. She survived neglect before arriving at our shelter and is ready to move on to a better place. She has glowing reports from foster care: she is fully housebroken, calm, does not chew, and is overjoyed to see her person arrive home. She is thrilled to meet new people, young and old. All she seems to require is snuggles and treats.

Moon is estimated to be 5 years old and weighs 26 pounds. She arrived with other dogs and gets along with the dogs she has come across at the shelter. She is fine with cats. She is happy on the couch for the afternoon and also gets excited about walks. In foster care she has been walking off leash in the woods and staying close by. She knows to sit, and she always comes when called.

If you want an easy, joyful, loving girl to come home to, Moon is for you!

Thank you for considering Moon and supporting our small, rural animal shelter.
