Moon's Story

This beautiful 2-year-old girl has had a rough start to life, but those hard days are finally behind her. When Moon came to us, she was pregnant with her fourth litter - thankfully, not too far along to be safely spayed. She arrived with two surviving pups from her previous litter after the others were unfortunately hit by cars. Moon's world has been full of confusion and loss, and right now she's understandably scared and unsure. She was abandoned by her owner, but thanks to neighbors and the roommate, Moon and the 2 pups were able to find a second chance. Despite everything she's been through, Moon has a gentle soul and a sweetness that shines through her fear. She's learning that people can be kind, and that her new life will be filled with love, comfort, and security. Moon is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She deserves a calm, loving home where she can finally rest and be adored the way she always should have been.
