He is estimated to be about a year old and weighs 31 pounds. <br/><br/>Meet Monty, a fun-loving and affectionate young boy who's ready to have someone love him! With his outgoing nature and fun spirit, he can't wait for a family to be silly with. Monty just craves love and attention, always leaning in for a good cuddle. He's a smart boy who knows a solid "sit" and is eager to learn more with a little refresher on his basic manners. Monty is looking for a leader to show him the way and provide structure in his life. An active home would be best for this energetic boy, where he can explore and play to his heart's content. Ideally, his new family would have some knowledge of herding breeds as he is showing some herding traits and be able to provide the guidance and love he needs to truly thrive. He will need a home where any children are at least 13 years old. Monty would just love it if you came to meet him. <br/><br/>If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Monty would love to meet them.
