Montana's Story

This little blue-eyed stunner currently tips the scales at 14 pounds and is 19 months old. Although he loves his downtime and to be cuddled, he is also full of sass and panache when he is down and running about the house. He is absolutely certain he can not only speak but that you can understand him and will whole heatedly join in a conversation with you if you engage him. His foster mom is sure his little chirps and chitters are telling quite a big tale. He is absolutely beautiful and certainly got the piercing husky eyes. We don't anticipate at this age he will get any larger and is certainly proof that good things come in spall packages. He is currently learning to walk on a slip lead but is more than happy to come when you call him as he loves to be held and adored. He is an excellent alarm system for when noisy things are afoot around the house. Therefore we do not recommend he be placed in an apartment. Too much traffic and too much noise would over work him and keep him on high alert. He is very calm and sedate during the normal part of the day and generally only barks when there is a reason. He also barks in the morning when he is up and ready to go outside which is generally between 7:30 and 8 a.m. He will run up to children, put his front feet on them and then fritter away. He seems relatively unscathed by little people. He is a busy boy so will need some exercise during the day or a couple walks. Additionally this hair doesn't maintain itself. While he is very clean, he will need to be brushed at least weekly to ensure his hair remains luxurious and matt-free.
