Handsome Monroe is quite a catch! He loves to meet new friends, whether furry four-legged ones, or the two-legged variety. He looks forward to going outside to see if the neighbor dog is available to play. He is full of playful energy and wants to be part of the action wherever he goes. He currently lives with three cats and is always ready to play with them (he hasn't quite figured out how to convince them, however). <br/><br/>Once his outings have concluded, he loves nothing more than to sit by you and snuggle, whether in his pen or on the couch. On one of his outings this week, he played soccer at the park and scored two goals! He is busy every day working on basic obedience when he isn't napping or on an outing. This is great fun, as he is very food motivated. Monroe is an adorable guy who is a sweetheart and ready for his forever family!<br/><br/>Monroe is progressing nicely with house training, and is making it most days without the need of puppy pads. At night he still has them available, as he is quiet in his xpen all night long. He loves to explore and is busy learning all about the world. <br/><br/>Monroe is estimated to be 6 months old and 32 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention.
