Monica's Story

This precious young lady had a home and she was very devoted to her family. Unfortunately, Monica was also territorial and although she was perfectly behaved in public and an angel amongst her family, she did not welcome visitors nicely. She is the sweetest thing and she loves the other dogs. She is attentive and affectionate with her caregivers. We all just adore Monica and she can certainly go into a home and thrive beautifully. Her new family will need to understand territorial behavior and keep visitors to a minimum. Monica loved her human children but we would recommend an adult-only home due to past behaviors. This lovely girl has never been violent nor has she ever bitten anyone–she is just threatened by non-family members entering into her beloved house. We know there is the perfect match for Monica, and we also know she will shower her new family with loads of love.

Visit Monica at www.hua.org!
