I'm one of the lucky ones who came to BFHS through the Happily Ever After Program. <br/>Do you enjoy games? Me too! Games with balls, squeaky toys, toys that hide food, you name it, I'm up for it! Exercise and games will be what help keep me (and you!) happiest. <br/>Yes, I know I'm adorable, but I need a home that can keep up with me mentally and physically!<br/>Zippy and lively, that's me! I'm going to need a person who is similar-someone with energy who is ready for fun and games. Did you know that there are lots of things that dogs and humans can do together beyond the common game of fetch? How about some agility, Nose Work, hiking or running, swimming, dock diving, or Frisbee? <br/>I need a patient owner who will allow me time to adjust and who will not force me into new and potentially overwhelming situations.<br/>I will require a home with older children that are able to read dogs body language and respect my boundaries!<br/>Settling into a new home and lifestyle takes time for a lot of dogs, and I will be no exception. However, if you are willing to give me the time to become familiar with you and your routines, I think you will be more than happy with the outcome. I may never be a social butterfly and be easily overwhelmed. I will do best in a low traffic home that will provide a calm, consistent environment.
