Molly's Story

This lovable wiggle-butt doesn't meet a stranger and is always excited to make new friends! With plenty of joyful enthusiasm and a big love for toys, playtime is definitely her favorite part of the day. She's eager to please and making great progress with both leash and potty training. She does best as the only dog in the home and needs a cat-free environment, but she's wonderful with kids ages 12 and up who can match her upbeat spirit and handle her wiggly self. If you're looking for a fun, affectionate companion who's ready to learn and love, she might be your perfect match! Molly has been with us since February of 2024. Don't make her wait another day to find her forever!

Hub City Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Dog/Puppy - We ask that all potential adopters come in person to our facility to fill out adoption paperwork and to meet the animal they are considering adopting. We would then call and confirm a vet reference on any dogs currently in the home to verify that they are up to date on vaccines, preventions, and are altered. Additionally we would require that any dogs currently in the home come to our facility to meet the adoptable animal. Finally, we confirm that if the potential adopter rents, that they are allowed to have a dog in their home as per their lease agreement. Cats/Kittens- The large majority of our available cats and kittens go to Petsmart/Petco for adoption. The paperwork would be completed at those facilities and the adoption fees would be paid there in cash. There are a few special needs kitties (declawed, bonded, medical cases) that are available for adoption here at the shelter. Finally, we have barn cats that are available at a reduced rate here at the shelter for adoption.
