Molly

Meet Molly

Some dogs are beautiful. Others have great manners. Molly somehow managed to get both.

This gorgeous Husky is about 6 years young, walks beautifully on a leash, already knows how to sit, and has the kind of calm, gentle personality that makes everyone fall in love with her. She's been wonderful with every dog we've introduced her to and absolutely adores people.

If you really want to melt your heart, just watch what happens when she gets outside. Molly heads straight for the nearest car, hoping this will finally be the day someone chooses her and takes her home. It's impossible not to wonder how many times she's wished for that ride to be her ride.

Unfortunately, Molly recently tested heartworm positive, but she's already started treatment and is doing great. Her adoption will include her current heartworm medication, and she'll simply need to stay on a monthly heartworm preventative as she continues her recovery—typically around $20 per month.

Heartworms don't define Molly. They certainly don't change what an incredible companion she is. They just mean she's looking for someone willing to give her the chance she deserves.

If you've been searching for a loyal, well-mannered best friend with movie-star looks and a heart full of love, Molly is waiting... and hoping the next car door that opens is hers.

Note: Adoption Policy: Montague County Animal Rescue typically does not adopt dogs to homes where they will live primarily outdoors. We believe every dog deserves to be part of the family and live safely indoors. Exceptions may be made for specific breeds or unique circumstances where an outdoor environment is appropriate and secure.

Message us or fill out an adoption application today at montagueanimalrescue.org.
