She is sweet, playful and active and will need a home that can keep her well exercised. She loves people and loves attention. <br/><br/>Molly can be dominant with other dogs and will guard her toys, treats, etc. Molly is reactive on leash and will need training and support for her reactivity. She will need her family to help work on these guarding and dominant behaviors with her and will need to be the only dog in the home.<br/><br/>Molly needs an adult only home with either a single person or bonded couple that can share guardianship. No children, cats or other small animals. She needs a standalone home that is quiet and calm in a suburban or rural neighborhood. No apartments! Molly gets overwhelmed easily with noise and will bark or display reactivity if alarmed. <br/><br/>This old girl would love to find her forever home soon, so she can live out her golden years in peace and comfort!<br/><br/>Molly is UTD on shots, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $300.

Here are the steps to a successful adoption: Review the dog's picture and bio on "Pet Finder" or "Happy Tails" (See listing on the right side of this page)   Please fill out an online application at https://airtable.com/shrFUvnGftwDTCArX FHDR will screen your application and call you to tell you more about the dog   A Meet and Greet will be set up. (All members of your household (dogs and humans) must attend the meet and greet.)   Pay the adoption fee, sign the adoption contract and receive the dog's health records.
