Mola Mola's Story

Mola Mola is a five year old pom and they don't come much cuter! She came to the shelter after her owner passed away (don't feel too sorry for her, she doesn't seem to be grieving in any way!) She weighs about 8 pounds and we're not sure how she doesn't weigh a lot more because she LOVES cookies. She will stand on her hind legs and wave her feet to ask for them! Because of her size she will need a home with smaller dogs and kids who are old enough to understand that she are fragile. MEDICAL UPDATE: Mola is looking for a very special family. She has some gallbladder and liver issues that require her to be on medication and she will need to see a vet for bloodwork and an ultrasound in about 6 months to see how she is responding to treatment. She's a sweet girl with a lot of love to give but her new family will need to be able to afford some extra vet care (the follow up appointment could be close to $1000) and depending on what the ultrasound and bloodwork show may need ongoing care.
