Meet Mocha! She was returned to Hands to Paws Rescue in June 2025 after having been found by Burke Co Animal Services! She was emaciated and abandoned ... left tied up to a post in the city limits along with another dog! She was adopted out as a puppy years ago! Now 3 years-8mos. Her owners are being sought out by the authorities for neglect and abandonment! Hope justice is served in that situation. <br/>Meanwhile, she is now in foster care Hands to Paws Rescue in a kennel situation and once again thriving! Just look at that happy face!! Mocha is spayed and up to date on shots.<br/>We would to get her in a foster home or a permanent home! She is a sweet girl! Loves to play and run around, but also likes to cuddle up with her humans.
