Hi. I am Mocha. Probably because I am the color of a nice cold Mocha Latte! I have been living with Paws Place for 21 months and counting now They tell me that out there, is a family just for me. A loving, patient one who will love me and all of my quirks. Let me tell you exactly what I am looking for, I am known to be a Free Spirit, I am looking for a quiet, adult only home, this is because I am not 5lbs, or a puppy, and I forget that sometimes, so I can be a bit to much for the younger crowd. I just get excited is all. This also brings me to my next request.. I would love a fenced in yard! To run run run and play! So if you have a fenced in yard, no little ones, and lots of love to spare, I am your girl! Paws Place Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process can take anywhere from 5-10 days. We require that you meet the dog in person before submitting an application. If you have had a previous dog in the past 5 years we do a veterinary reference check to see consistency of care. If you have a current dog we arrange a dog introduction. After the above steps are completed we set up a home visit to see where the dog will be living. The final step is the completion of the adoption agreement
